After the death of her mother and being fired from work, Josefina was overwhelmed by finding an occupation that would allow her to generate an income and have enough time for her young son. In just two years, Chío has become the manager of the workshop where 80% of Cerrando el Ciclo's production is manufactured, from jewelry to decorative items for the home, such as pots, or household utensils, such as glasses and snack bowls. “The fact that my children feel proud that their mother is now someone very different, happy, very self-confident and independent, committed, creative and with her own finances fills me with satisfaction. I enjoy supporting my parents, paying not only my expenses but my tastes. I really enjoy being me at this stage,” she shares. For Josefina, being part of Cerrando el Ciclo makes her feel like she is contributing her grain of sand to healthy consumption.
